Application:

Application for  stainless steel pocket sleeved bobbin heater as below;
– Oil purification industry.
– Degreasing for metal stamping process.
– Pre-heating Bitumen road pavement.
– Wax softener heater

Installation:

Easy installation, heater is mostly accomplished with 1 1/2 inch or 2″ S/S tubing diameter.
Screw thread at 1 1/2″ BSP and 2″ BSP is mostly welded to the tubing for easy mouthing purpose.

Specification:

All Ceramic bobbin heater is custom-made accordingly to length and power rating at available options below;
a) Both Ø29mm and Ø32mm ceramic bobbin blocks would accomplish 1 1/2 inch (Ø38mm) metal pocket.
b) Ø45mm ceramic bobbin blocks would accomplish 2 inch (Ø51.8mm) metal pocket.

Features:
